Transfers & Car Hire
When you arrive at Izmir airport you have a number of options:
- Transfer directly to the house, (around £35 each way).
- Hire a car at the airport and make your own way(directions will be supplied).
- Hire a car through Kandoraservice (who looks after the house throughout the year).This is the most convenient way to get from and back to the airport, as airport transfers are included(up to 4 people) free of charge, if a car is hired via them for a week or more.
- Car hire can also be arranged on a daily basis (in the village or via Kandoraservice).

Hiring a car is necessary to see the sights, but for those who want to enjoy the house and the village then you can manage without, buses run to both Foca and Izmir regularly.Taxis will run you to and from the village if the walking gets too much!
