Terms & Conditions

The price stated for each week is inclusive of:

  • Gas, electricity (including air con), washing water, drinking water (available in the village if you run out).

And full use of

  • Towels, bedding, cutlery, crockery & cooking utensils.
  • 8 outside chairs, 2 outside tables, 2 sunloungers & parasol.
  • 32" Flat screen TV, DVD/CD player, Turkish satellite TV/radio (some English channels).
  • Washing machine, microwave oven, 4 ring oven/hob, kettle, BBQ.
  • Iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, cleaning cloths and mops.

 

The villa will be cleaned when you vacate, if there is no one occupying the villa directly after your stay, you will be welcome to stay there until you leave to the airport, if there are other guests arriving, we will need a 6 hour period to prepare the villa.

Changeover days are Thursdays (due to UK flights), if you wish to book Molve for a week commencing on another day we will be happy to accomodate you if at all possible.                                                           

Payments

 

  • To make a booking we require a 25% (non returnable) deposit.
  • The 75% balance of the payment for your holiday will need to be made within 4 weeks of your departure.
  • Failure to pay the balance within 4 weeks of departure will result in the loss of the deposit and the dates being re-advertised.
  • A £150 security deposit will also be payable within 4 weeks of departure, this will be refunded in full on return of the keys and after an inspection of the villa. 
  • Damages and losses will be deducted from the security deposit (at cost). 

When you make your booking, you can pay your deposit in several ways:

  • Bank transfer ( details supplied after reservation)
  • Cheque
  • Credit/debit cards

Credit and debit card payments will show on your statement as 'Back Alley Music'.

All credit card payments are secured by globecharge, and will be taken manually on reciept of the booking. The amount deducted from your card will be 25% of the amount shown on the checkout form, this will be your deposit.

After you have made a booking via the website we will send you a reciept for your deposit along with a booking confirmation.
