Downstairs seating area.
Overlooking the bay through large patio doors that open onto the main pool terrace, with a marble floor, turkish rugs, 2 armchairs and a 2 seater sofa, you can relax infront of the 32" flat screen TV watching DVDs, or catch up on the world (if you want to...) with the satellite TV.
(only a couple of UK speaking TV channels / BBC world radio ).

Upstairs seating area.
With a 2 seater sofa and 2 armchairs, this room is ideal for a relaxing read.....
A small door opens out onto the viewing tower , which has fantastic views over Yenifoca bay and to the peninsula beyond, a wonderfull place to sit in the evening with a large glass of wine!!
The room also has a circular dining table that will seat 4 comfortably, if you have had enough of alfresco eating....
Please note: The upper floors have extremely low doorways. |

Kitchen
Modern fully equiped kitchen.
With dual electric/gas oven & hob, extra large fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, ample cutlery crockery & glasses .
There are a large selection of pots dishes & pans, and plenty of kitchen implements....
For outside eating , there is a BBQ with all the usual tools. (Charcoal can be bought in the village very cheaply). |

Bedroom 1
With ensuite shower room & air conditioning
This bedroom is situated downstairs , off the main seating area.
It has twin beds and large fittedwardrobes.

Situated downstairs at the back of the house
This bedroom has a large patio window opening out onto the sun terrace at the rear of the house, it has a large fitted wardrobe with drawers and is directly next to the main downstairs bathroom. |

Bedroom 3
Ideal as a kids room, (as the upper floor has a very low ceiling) with lots of floor space, two extra fold up beds are available on request to enable the room to sleep 4, the upstairs bathroom is directly next to this room.
This is the upstairs bedroom, a large room in the apex of the house, it has 2 single beds, a large wardrobe and a dressing table with drawers. There is a very small window. |
